PLANTATION, FL (October 2, 2019) – At its Council meeting on October 2, 2019, the City of Plantation and Mayor Lynn Stoner issued a proclamation recognizing October as “Special Needs Law Month.” The proclamation was given to Plantation resident and special needs attorney, Bobbi L.
